Rules and Regulations

BloginIC is a free service provided by the Incinerators. BloginIC will be monitored constantly and as such, all users are required to read and abide by the follow Rules and Regulations. These are subject to change at any time and by continuing to use the services of BloginIC you are agreeing to accept these Rules and Regulations.

Creating a Blog

  1. You must be a member of the Incinerators to have a Blog. This will be checked for every new blog. Furthermore, you must use your Dark Throne name as your BloginIC user name. Failure to do so will result in an immediate deletion of the account.
  2. You are allowed to create an unlimited amount of blogs. However - abuse or overuse of BloginIC or any of its features is not permitted.
  3. Blog names and user names must be appropriate. Action will be taken against any illegally/inappropriate named blogs.

Running/Maintaining Your Blog

Content

The content posted on a users blog is up to there own digression. However, the following Rules must be followed:

  1. No posting of (or links to) anything illegal, inappropriate, or indecent, including but not limited to: hacks, warez, pornography, scam websites, obscene material, nudity. Flame blogs will also not be accepted by Bloginic.
  2. These blogs are not limited by age and as such, all content must be appropriate for all ages.
  3. Unused or old blogs may/might be deleted and/or archived to save server space.

Themes/Plugins

  1. Themes and Plugins are provided at the Admin Teams digression. If you have any requests for Themes or Plugins please see the contact details below.
  2. Abuse of any Themes or Plugins will result in these being removed from your blog/account.

Comments

  1. The Rules and Regulations for Content also apply to Comments.

Infraction/Punishments

Violation of any of these Rules and Regulations will result in consequences determined on a case-by-case basis. This is including but not limited to: edit, deleting, banning of any blog and/or user. Please remember, BloginIC is provided to you totally free and following these simple guidelines is all BloginIC asks.
